An ordinary woman reaches her destination, ready to go about her day. Her plans go awry when a figure that only appears in mirrors traps her in her car.

"Rearview" is the first film Elise made at Ringling College of Art + Design. Going into her Introduction to Filmmaking class at Ringling College, Elise was planning on writing a drama or comedy, not a horror.

Inspiration struck when Elise got her car in Florida and wanted to utilize it as a unique location. With the idea of a short film taking place entirely in a car, she started crafting a plot which led to the making of "Rearview".
